How Land Deal HQ handles information submitted through the website and private workspace.
Information we collect
Account details, login identifiers, plan and billing status, submitted names and contact details, land and buyer criteria, parcel and JV notes, workspace records, approval history and communications you choose to send. Payment card details are handled by the checkout provider; the workspace may receive transaction and subscription status. We also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Some editable drafts and lesson progress are stored in your browser on that device.
How we use it
We use information to sign you in, deliver the workspace, review submissions, prepare research and possible matches, request owner decisions, coordinate approved transactions, support billing, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. AI-assisted content can help prepare a brief or draft; people review final terms and sign agreements. We do not treat an AI suggestion as verified property or buyer evidence.
Sharing and visibility
Workspace records are intended for authorized workspace members. We may share data with hosting, database, authentication, payment and email providers to operate the service, and with a buyer, seller, JV partner, title company or professional only when relevant to an authorized transaction or required by law. A submission does not authorize publication of private contact details or private deal economics. We do not sell your personal information as a list.
Retention, security and choices
We retain information while needed for the service, an active transaction, accounting, security or legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate. No system guarantees absolute security. You can request access, correction or deletion of eligible information, subject to legal and transaction recordkeeping. Email Land Deal HQ privacy support; include only information needed to identify the account or submission. Marketing messages, if offered, must provide an opt-out. Essential account and transaction notices may still be sent.
Children and outside sites
The service is for adults and business users, not children under 18. Third-party websites and public data sources linked from Land Deal HQ have their own practices. We update this notice as practices change and date the updated version.
