These terms describe use of the Land Deal HQ website, subscription workspace, research tools and opportunity submissions.
Accounts and subscriptions
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and have authority to submit information on behalf of a business or property owner. Plans, prices and any promotional access are shown at checkout. A paid plan starts when the checkout confirms payment; promotional access is not a free trial unless checkout explicitly says so. Subscriptions renew as stated at checkout until canceled. For billing or cancellation assistance, email Land Deal HQ support. Any refund or credit is governed by the checkout terms and applicable law; this page does not promise one.
Research and AI assistance
Parcel records, listing data, prices, buyer criteria, matches, comps, educational material and AI drafts may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. A displayed lead is not a verified deal, a firm offer or a promise of profit or a closing date. Confirm the source, date, ownership, legal access, zoning, utilities, title, buyer authority and funds before acting. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving your decisions and communications.
Transactions and signatures
Submitting a parcel, buyer criteria or JV inquiry does not create an agency relationship, partnership, purchase agreement or right to compensation. Deal roles, price, costs, compensation, disclosures and assignment rights require deal-specific written agreements and any professional review required by the relevant state. Each human party reviews and signs their own documents; a licensed closing professional handles settlement where required. Agents cannot bind parties, sign for people or guarantee closing.
Acceptable use and third-party material
Use information only where you have the rights and lawful basis to do so. Do not impersonate others, scrape restricted services, upload false ownership or buyer evidence, send unlawful marketing, expose another party’s confidential data, or bypass review gates. Public records and third-party links remain subject to their own terms. You retain your submitted information and grant Land Deal HQ permission to process it to provide the requested service and review opportunities.
Service changes and responsibility
Features, integrations and data coverage can change or be unavailable. We may restrict misuse or access that threatens the service or other users. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, investment or brokerage advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of availability, deal outcome, revenue or fitness for a particular transaction. Mandatory rights under applicable law still apply.
